Elevating a modern brokerage

Avenue 8 was a real estate technology startup focused on improving the home buying and selling experience. Beyond operating as a modern brokerage, the company aimed to establish itself as a trusted industry voice through thoughtful content and editorial initiatives.

As Design Director, I led a comprehensive rebrand to differentiate Avenue 8 within both real estate and technology. The new identity moved away from generic startup aesthetics and positioned the brand as a refined, high-end brokerage — balancing technological innovation with credibility, clarity, and authority.

The new website design took on a typographically driven editorial look and feel.

The full site included 15+ page designs for desktop and mobile in under 3 months. The newly established look and feel then served as a visual north star for the full company rebrand.

Info Graphics

Avenue 8 released a market report each month which consisted of market data, insights, and predictions. I developed a robust info graphic style and templated design system to deliver the content in a visually appealing and digestible manner.

Marketing Campaign

Print and OOO marketing campaign that used the new visual language established in the new website to generate interest for both consumers and served as a recruiting tool for real estate agents.
